Gameplay Mechanics
Jump Pads & Gravity Portals: Back On Track introduces the yellow jump pad, which launches the player’s cube higher into the air, as well as the cyan gravity pad and gravity portal, offering players their first taste of inverted gravity mechanics.
Timing & Precision: Players must jump over spikes, navigate tight platforms, and adapt to the beat of the music. Each jump is tightly synced with the soundtrack, reinforcing the game’s unique rhythm-based flow.
Hidden Coins (Completionists Welcome!)
- Coin 1 (41%): Tucked away in a spiked zone, requiring sharp, well-timed jumps across floating platforms.
- Coin 2 (Midpoint): Found during the first ship sequence—demanding steady flying through a narrow passage.
